This Policy is designed for U.S.-based freight and logistics operations and includes notices for CPRA/CCPA (California) and GDPR (EEA/UK) where applicable.

1) Information You Provide

  • Business & Contact Data: name, company, role, email, phone, billing details, addresses.
  • Freight & Service Data: quotes, shipment specs, pickup/delivery locations, reference numbers (BOL, PRO, tracking), contents (including hazmat declarations), and special handling instructions.
  • Support & Communications: messages, call details (and recordings if disclosed), feedback, and documents you upload.
  • Payment Data: payment method and transaction information processed via secure third-party processors.

2) Information from Partners

  • Carriers, Brokers, and 3PLs: status updates, transit/exception events, POD images, and delivery confirmations.
  • Verification & Compliance: information required to comply with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., recordkeeping, safety, and audit requirements).

3) Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage & Device Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, time on site, and referral URLs.

How We Use Information

  • Provide Services: process quotes, arrange transportation, track shipments, manage delivery, and handle billing.
  • Communicate: respond to inquiries, provide status updates, issue notices, and offer customer support.

We do not sell your personal information. For CPRA/CCPA, “sale” and “share” have specific definitions.
